The Cure for Stress

The cure for stress is NOT rest, it is Joy. When stressed do something that you know brings you inner peace. Using your senses- hearing, smelling, moving, tasting, feeling - not mind. Read poetry, paint a scene, gaze at the stars, walk into the ocean, play with your dog or kids.
